c.        Request to apply for the Small Cities Program grant for River Road Homes. 

d.       CIRMA rate stabilization program-3 years with a max increase of 3% per year excluding cyber coverage

e.        Adoption of Hazard Mitigation Plan 

f.        Helicopter flyover for “A Better Place”-gypsy moth infestation

g.       Charging station-Got a $20,000 grant from Eversource.  Cost will be greater to town by a small amount which should come from ARPA money

h.       Discussion of ballot simplification

i.         Cardinal Engineering

j.         Broadband Process-getting interesting

k.       BOF needs to extend two lines on budget for training under the selectman budget for $750, assessor for digitizing maps and P+Z for zoning officer.   P and Z for recommendation to town meeting
