a. Computer changeover will take place in 4th quarter of FY
b. Brewster Holdings done
c. Waterwork Sale to be completed in March-Have closing in late April
d. Lease signed with Falls Village Café on terms approved by BOS
e. Broadband Committee will have a survey for town residents to be included in tax bills
f. BOS approved approach to use proceeds for sale of fire truck to be used for SCBA’s but sale did not occur
g. Lift Zone installed at 107 Main Street
h. Budget completed
i. Plan on holding budget hearing in late April and Budget Approval in May in person if vaccination progress continues at current pace-This at discretion of BOF
j. Debt refinanced from 3.56% to 2.4% on Firehouse loan, down to 2.88% from 3.61%
k. Approved signing a contract with David Berto to seek a CDBG from the state
