Renewing your dogs license:
1. Please print and fill out the form
2. Please include documentation from Vet IF your dogs rabies has been updated, and/or your dog has been spayed or neutered since they were last licensed.
3. Please mail in or drop off at the Town Hall, the completed form, with copies of any documented updates of rabies and/or spayed or neutered status.
4. Please make checks payable to Canaan Town Clerk.
5. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you are mailing your dog license renewal.
Licensing your dog for the first time.
